1. Contact me to book in the dates
Life is different in those first few weeks and months so planning our photo session is super easy!
We’ll book in approximate dates - and then you can confirm or reschedule once your baby has arrived. Because the sessions are short and sweet - it's no problem to change the times and dates.
You can select a single session, or a package option. These multiple photo sessions are often the best way to capture the wonder of those first few weeks and months and make sure you’re also in the frame.
And because we get to know each other, it’s like a good friend popping around for an hour each time, but just with a camera instead of chicken soup.
2. Just being yourselves is really all I need to create beautiful and authentic images
After birth, you need time to recover, so staying at home for your photo session is perfect. It's also the best place to capture exactly how life was with your newborn.
Your baby might sleep most of our session, and/or cry, hiccup, move his/her hands in adorable ways or start peeking into the world. And there's no stress - because each session will be so completely different. The end product is a beautiful and priceless memory of these blurry-eyed and blissful days.
3. Afterwards, meticulously selecting and editing the best images is what I do well
You’ll receive your images in a password protected online gallery. Depending on which package you've chosen, you can then either select your favourites, or immediately have download rights to the full gallery. You can download your images as many times as you like, and also share them with family and friends. As I work on every image individually it takes some time, however I’ve delivered 100% of newborn sessions within 3 weeks. Prints and products take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.
Jess was super flexible with appointment times. And the wonderful photos of us and our newborn baby at home, were captured so candidly, it all felt very calm and relaxed.

Fees
All sessions include:
One hour photo session (+five hours editing time)
Flexible booking (reschedule if you need to)
Travel to your home (within Berlin AB Zone)
Pre-session phone or email chat to answer any questions
Individually hand-edited and high resolution JPG files in a password protected online gallery
NB: Newborn sessions only available during week days.
